About me

WHO AM I ...

I’m Karen Martinez, of KD PRO-FITNESS

An established Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist based in a pleasant gym in Greenwich where I've been able to help many of my clients achieve their fitness and health goals. I help busy female and male to feel more energized by becoming more active through exercise. I offer support, direction and accountability needed to get you focused in yourself by offering flexible training programmes that ultimately result in you looking better, feeling better and moving better.

My training is all about you. Your Goals. Your Success. Your Health

My goal is assisting you to accomplish what is physically important to you. No matter who you are, your experience or your individual circumstances, I will work with you, if you're really willing to put the work in. Creating a method that works just for you. All I ask for is to commit to the programme. There will be no shortcuts, extreme diets or unsustainable and unethical methods. Just hard work, commitment and progress!

My approach is NOT just about the gym! It’s about getting the coaching, support, and accountability you need to positively transform your beliefs, habits, and daily behaviours. That’s what I’m most passionate about, and I do best.

I believe in mastering the 3 Chapters of performance; Mindset, Nutrition & Exercise. Each chapter plays an important role in getting the results you desire from fitness and life.

While the physical aspect of fitness is important, it's not the only one that should be worked on. There are other components of being fit that are just as important; Mental fitness and Nutritional fitness. By neglecting these 2 vital aspects of fitness, you may decrease your chances of getting into the best shape you can be. In order to improve, all 3 aspects must be strengthened

Unless you address it, you'll struggle to succeed...

Working alongside knowledgeable personal trainers helped me to understand and learn more about weight loss; also, to learn various training methods which I was then able to implement on my clients. After gaining all the necessary knowledge through this experience and achieving my qualification I decided it was time to continue my personal training career journey elsewhere.
