Karen is simply awesome. 5 stars for Karen. I've been training with Karen for 6 months now and couldn't recommend her more highly. Clearly a lot of thought goes into her personalised training schedules so they are very targeted at achieving your goals - whether improved fitness/strength, weight loss or recovery from injury. Her approach is very focused on content and technique, helping deliver the maximum 'return' on time invested - and she does so with a very laid back but confident style. Overall, very high quality personal training - and much better value than the various other alternatives I've tried in the area.
